Hi everyone!
Here's a little more about me
My favorite part of what I do is making people feel beautiful. I've loved photography since I was a little kid, and decided to turn my passion into a business.
I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. I live there with my family of 5 and my Border Collie, Baloo. I love a good adventure and traveling around the world. I will be attending Virginia Tech in the fall and will be continuing my work there! After college, I hope to continue to grow my business and do what I love full-time.
Adventure lover
In addition to portrait photography, I absolutely love travel photography. There is something so special about being able to document the lives of others, both my clients and strangers. I love to tell stories through my photos and to showcase beauty in the world around me. I recently started underwater photography as well and was thrilled to be able to photograph some of the most amazing creatures and scenes that I've experienced. Whether I'm exploring a dive site or walking around in a city, I always have a camera in hand to capture that moment in time.

"Not only is Sophie an amazing photographer, but she is also the sweetest girl! I felt so comfortable with Sophie during our shoot, which allowed me to be myself and enjoy our session. I can never thank Sophie enough for encapsulating my senior year."

"We highly recommend Sophie! She photographed our 13-person extended family and 5-person immediate family. She also took individual and small group shots of us including professional photos of my husband and me. Sophie has an eye for finding beautiful settings and catching the light just right. She is super easy to work with and is good at getting kids of all ages to cooperate."
